  • Questions for your birth professionals on the day

  • Comforting massage techniques

  • A simple practice regime to support you at home in preparation for the birth of your baby

What you will get :

As a KG-trained teacher, you will get a copy of The Hypnobirthing book by Katharine Graves and a relaxation CD for use at home, plus the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like during the course and unlimited support from me via email and/or what's app following on from the sessions, until the birth of your little one.
